Had a great week at The Old Guard. The property is stunning and incredibly well set up. Everything you need and works well for a family of 5. The views are amazing, and Hope Cove has everything you need from a Devon beach holiday. Really can't fault this place. Wendy's communication before and during the holiday was comprehensive and so useful. Thanks for a great holiday!

Wow what an amazing Airbnb experience! Communication with Wendy was brilliant, the cottage is fab and in the most wonderful location. Had everything we needed, and was so lovely to return to after a hard day playing on the beaches! The fluffy towels and lovely fluffy bedding were very welcome too. Can’t rate highly enough. Will definitely return. Even the dog loved it, and the dog treats that Wendy left for him!! 10/10 🌟

Just superb! Literally opposite the beach, fantastic views from the balcony, lots of space for our family (really modern & fresh).  Such a relaxing weekend of coastal walks, dips in the sea and can highly recommend dinner at the lobster pods which are 5 mins away. We’ll be back for sure!

Had an amazing stay at The Old Guard.  The views of the cove are incredible.  The cottage was perfect for access to the beach for bodyboarding and SUPing and we had two great walks along the coast.  The outside shower was brilliant for rinsing off after a swim and the cottage itself had plenty of hot water.  The open plan kitchen made meals easy to prepare and a great extending dining table.  The reception areas allow space for family board games or a quiet evening drink away from the kids.  The interior has been furnished to a high standard.  Hope Cove is a beautiful location with great pubs and it was great to be able to take our dog with us.  Will definitely be rebooking in the future!
