SLEEPING....
Master Suite
The Master Suite has a King size bed with an ensuite wet room. The bed is currently designed with a hideaway bed. It was a controversial decision to put in a wall bed rather than a conventional king, but nothing beats waking up to that spectacular view as well as being able to have a light, bright, additional living space during the day.
The bed takes seconds to put up and down with only the pillows needing to be removed when in the vertical position.
The sitting room also has a sofa and armchairs from which this stunning view can be enjoyed, sink and fridge with ice box and bifold doors out to a large terrace.
Bedrooms 1 & 2
Both bedrooms on the ground floor can be arranged as either twin rooms or super king beds depending on required sleeping arrangements. Please let us know when booking how you would like the beds arranged. The default is twin beds rather than superkings.
All bedrooms have a chest of drawers and a peg rail for clothes.

Living…
 Enjoy a glass of wine watching the breathtaking sunsets from the large west facing terrace and upstairs living space. Watch friends and family playing on the beach, seals frolicking in the bay or waves pounding at the wall, the view is forever changing from dawn till dusk.
Sitting Room
A beautiful sitting area with sofa and two armchairs on the first floor enjoys stunning views across the terrace and out to sea. While a second fridge with ice box and sink area comes in handy for impromptu bbq’s on the terrace. A smart TV, desk for home working for those rainy days, with outside seating and dining on the terrace when the sun is shining. The external stairs provides quick access to the garden and down to the beach.
Folding the hideaway bed away provides a large entertainment area should the weather change and outside fun no longer becomes an option.
Large Terrace
Enjoy al fresco eating on the large terrace dining table, or just relax on the cushioned outdoor sofa and chairs watching the world go by.
Kitchen / Diner
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven & electric hob, the Miele fridge holds up to 9 bags of shopping, dishwasher and microwave and its very own port hole above the belfast sink. Food storage is ample on the shelving and in the baskets. A countertop freezer is in the utility room.
The dining area seats 6 – 8 with table extension. A sofa and smart tv in this area (don’t forget your logins for netflix and amazon prime) creates a fabulous family space, ideal for living in the garden and next to the beach. Free wifi is available.

PRACTICALITIES....
Bathrooms & Utility
There are two shower rooms:- an ensuite wetroom upstairs and a family shower room on the ground floor. There is also an additional toilet in the outside utility room and an outside shower in the garden, ideal for washing off those sandy feet.
The utility room is also equipped with everything you need after a day at the beach. Washing machine, tumble dryer and wetsuit hanging facilities. The freezer for the house is also located here.
Outside
After a day of beach fun, enjoy a family barbecue in the garden or on the terrace whilst taking in the spectacular sea views. The garden is mostly laid to lawn with fence boundaries and mature shrubs. There is a gated quick access to the slipway from the rear of the garden. A rotary washing line is stored in the beach huts with pegs.
Two of the three beach huts in the garden provide excellent storage for your beach gear. We keep the bbq and outside cushions here in adverse weather.

PARKING....
There is private parking for up to two vehicles at the property. The driveway entrance is a little tight and needs a bit of careful manoeuvring. Reversing in is the easiest direction. We can get our VW transporter into the driveway with a few back and forth wiggles!
There is also free parking on the road below the property but this is often taken during the peak weeks.
